Look what happened after Geo-hot hacked the PS3 they spammed firmware updates. He couldn't even rile up a new one before the next one came out. It made Geo freeze then force quit. They are gonna pull the same for this and people are just gonna quit. It's hilarious watching because Sony is all like that cocky 13 yr old bastard on Xbox Live you couldn't beat and don't want to listen too.
I do but thats not the point. In the movies industry what rights of mine have been taken away due to privacy. None I can remember. In the games industry Sony took away peoples ability to install linux to the PS3 just because an ass fucked with it. This means tighter regulation and more of them watching over my PS3 I don't like it.

DLC is the greatest thing known to man. The point is to extend your gameplay experience. The reason you make DLC is from a add-on to a car, song, weapon etc. Or more pricey extended campaigns. DLC should be made when the game engine needs a major upgrade or tweak that couldn't be done without total overhaul. Left 4 Dead 2 had it right, they fully changed the way you play the game. Madden "The Franchise" has it wrong, at best they should have a 3 year schedule with roster updates...

You take a any sports game and give them something like the Cerberus network so if the bought it new they'll get it. Then you update it every so often and spend a longer development time on the game to make it a FULL step up from what it was, not just a 15 buck expansion pack.
