They probably don't know HOW MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE the system is plus no removable HDD. paying MORE FOR XBOX LIVE. and I know they are a rich country. but still they don't know what's in the XBOX ONE. gamescon is such a small game dev conference and it's too early my guess they will wait till either MS announce their XB1 or wait till TOKYO GAME SHOW on their home court.
