COD is predominately a MP game with a tacked on single player. People buy it and go straight online most of the time.

The multiplayer reveal will be crucial for the success of this title, if it is lackluster it could bode very poorly for them as people will complain very quickly. Although the converse could be true as well, theynshow off great balance and win over all the MW2 players
