I agree with you, man.
While this game does look sick(the trailer is fucking EP*C!). I don't see it staying at $60 for very long. Hell, you yourself got GOW3 for cheap and that wasn't out for what? 6 or 9 months before it came down in price.
In a holiday season like the one coming up filled with AAA blockbusters, I just don't see Sony keeping that price at $60. at least for very long.

I don't get it. Why does any 360 owner really NEED Kinect for voice commands? Why couldn't the developers just utilize the chat mics that EVERY 360 owner has already. Socom for ps2 ring any bells?

The idea of a PS3/PSV being utilized like the WiiU simply is a step in towards the next gen of gaming.
My questions regarding a PS3/PSV WiiU style games are as follows.
*the ease and cost of developing: Would it be fairly easy to develop/port WiiU 3rd party games to a PS3/PSV combo setup? Or is it too complicated?

Why is this exciting? How will the 360 even do Halo 4 any justice? I wish they could have held off til next gen. It's just gonna be more of the same cartoon graphics but with twice the amount of slow-down.

SMG is probably the most over-rated gun in deadnation. Next time you play. you should ditch the smg and upgrade all ur secondary weapons instead.
And count on dlc for DeadNation before a sequel.
Been playing it non stop since I downloaded it the other day. Now this is an open world game done right. Best free game I've ever played! I'm pretty much sold on the sequel now.

I just finished the first game this morning and fired up the infamous 2 demo right after and WOW. This game visually ups the ante quite a bit I must say. The new city alone is just beautiful in itself.
A few things I noticed right away were the improved voice acting and facial animations during the cut scenes. While they aren't of the L.A. Noire caliber, they are better than the first game. I like the new mele combat mechanics as well.
