Definitely! They need to finish it, better if they can platinum it then show it off, that will give them more credibility. If they can't be bothered to finish the game, best they review it from a trailer.
So what if the game requires 200 hours to finish. They have at least 2 weeks in advance to play the game before release.

Problem with some RTS games these days is they tend to over complicate it. It would be hard for mid level and casual audience to pick up.
Games like Command and Conquer, Red Alert, Starcraft, Warcraft or Dota are easy to pick up. Even the RTS games of earlier generations are far easier to play.
I like the white but, white covers get dirty easily. So, I'll get either blue or black.

I love those manuals. I always read those manuals esp if they have some story synopsis and other things. Not only that, those manuals make my game cases look nicer in the inside.
