We deserve the same level of service and support as the other Microsoft customers.
What's the point of buying a great console with overpriced games (games cost +20-30% here) that don't have the main next-gen feature online gaming support, updates and locked downloadable content?

Clearly you are not a retailer but and another ignorant PS3 fan-boy kid with ADSL as you have tiny know...
I own the 360 version too and the loading times are hardly noticeable. Haven't seen the PS3 version except from some video comparisons at gametrailers.com so i don't have an opinion.
BTW imo the limited 360 DMC edition doesn't deserve the extra ££ as the only extras are the tin case and an extra art-book.
