we mean it, 720p all the time, and, get this, even some anti aliasing so your games are only partly coverewd in jaggie...

the console version of doom 3 bfg is a HUGE downgrade from the original pc game from 2004 which can be paid at 1080p with 16x anti aliasing, the console "remake" (should be called crappy port) is 720p or less at times, tons of jaggies and screen tear, heres an article that talks all about it;

its upscaled to 1080p, the native res of the game is 1280x720 and sometimes, when the gpu of the ancient ps3/360 is under too much load, its sub-hd less than 720p
upscale is the same as a dvd upscale, it still looks like poo compared to a bluray

great game on pc at least, a solid 8 imo, mp is fun with a few friends, we all got it for $30 for being "premium" bf3 players, so at least that has paid me back a little, if i am honest, i would be a bit less forgiving of the game at $65
the mp is unique to me, its sits in a valley between bf3 and cod, it has its own flair, and the multitude of soldiers from around the globe to unlock is a nice touch!

the single player in crysis 2 was ok, a good 7/10, the mp was a 6.5/10 to me
crysis 1 10/10 all around, the multiplayer was feaking amazing, epic ideas, great servers, i actually still game with a few of the people i met on crysis 1 servers way back 2007/08, a few of them are in my bf3 clan, crysis 1 mp was off the freaking hook
