The problem isn't the QTE or narrative style...
Based on the recent Game of Thrones, it had a lot of jittering, and pop-ins. It happens in some of their older games, but it's really apparent in G.O.T.
Actually, not quite. I think the series started back in 2011, but they've used weird numbering conventions since. Check out gamefaqs, the listings are so random.
It may also go to PC, too (eventually). NISA has been dabbling in PC ports (Disgaea 1 being the most recent), and I believe Visual Novels are extremely popular on STEAM. I think I've even seem some advertised on the front page store.

I think they should drop 4, 8 and 16 GB cards - less warehousing and focus on bigger cards only. We still need 64GB for NA!

It's an inside joke, it's not meant to really replace their original score. The main editor (Daniel Bloodworth) doesn't "believe" any game should be given a 10/10 (this is probably due to the fact, Bloodworth has been around the longest and was pressured by the original head of GT - Shane Shatterfield), and Ian Hinck (the guy who does Mandatory Update) LOVES Bloodborne. So, since this is HIS last video, he did it to irk Mr. Bloodworth (again, as a joke).

Grammatical errors and spelling are one thing, but there have been a slew of games releasing lately, where what the characters actually say do not match up with the subtitles (or vice versa)!
