Porsche probably has much larger margins in their sales to make up for the lack of volume(In addition to racing teams etc). Stuff like this is ALL about volume and will completely fail if it cannot reach the masses and by reaching masses its 20 years away from viability because internet infrastructure is so bad most places in the world and terrible in places in the USA. Tech companies are becoming as out of touch as politicians these days. Just because you live in Silicon Valley and have your own Google fiber doesn't mean the majority of people have the same service. I will get excited when Google announces a plan to bring fiber to rural areas in the United States
