You need to check your sources, it's being made from the ground up. They couldn't graphically enhance a ps1 game. The reasons they did One and 0 with graphical enhancements is because those versions were released on GameCube.
They can certainly screw this up if they aren't careful

I remember being able to pirate pc games as early as the mid 90s through Warez sites. Not sure if that's when it started because I was around 12 at the time

Frame rates aside... Is this game worth playing? Never had a 360 so missed it. Enjoyed Witcher 3 but I read this was much more linear and much smaller maps.

You can really notice the low end graphics when you are inside structures and the draw distance while outside. When outside next to things the graphics looks great but there are plenty of instances where it doesn't look pretty

Aside from the stuttering, which I bet will be fixed and the lag, I don't see the xbox one version getting that much better visually, and that is fine. Its a fun game that was made for a high end PC

Exactly, no other industry has so many sympathizers like the gaming industry. If you bought a brand new car and it's wheel fell off while driving nobody would be like "ho hum I know those guy's at Ford have it rough... They will fix it is in due time"
Edit:the guy under me is the reason why games are shipped broken... Games have the ability to evolve?? That just gives devs an excuse to not ship a game in the best shape possible... Obviously it's not an...
While you are free to dislike anything you please you also have to take a step back and realize why games like cod and halo remain the same over the years. It's what the fans obviously want and spend money for every year, can't fault the devs and publishers for capitalizing on people.
