first off, cliche characters? we haven't had a proper Claire game in a long time, it would be nice to see her come back,
also there is a story regardless of how odd it is, and people do love the characters so get over yourself and go play a generic shooter with generic bald marines.

so bad combat, horrid camera angles, constant swapping of the camera since its pre rendered backgrounds and the return of the Not actually a horror game but a puzzle game instead Old school is back? sweet
pretty sure its gonna suck lol, old RE's were horrible gameplay wise and camera wise, it scared you because the combat was so bad you would likely die. the setting was awesome though.
the game is good, just has tons of glitches in the demo, and framerate problems, example, the charge up dagger attack, everytime he dashes and hits an enemy the screen freezes, i can tell its not part of the visual flair because it just looks plain bad compared to the sample animation when you highlight the attack.
also the glitches....oh man, so bad haha, still im gonna get it, just not day one anymore, i was having alot of fun with the demo regardless of the tons of glitche...
the demo had alot of major problems, head twitching, super freezing.
that dashing attack with the daggers looks so bad, looks nothing like the preview of the move, everytime a strike is made time freezes for 1 second, and doesnt look on purpose either.
i had a glitch that the floor dissapeared and made crazy after images.
one glitch made the shield go right thru me. and not to mention....i mean its minor, but not seeing the shield on the char...

shadow of the damned is a crappy game, crap story, crap gameplay, repetitive as hell with those dark area's that u have to shoot the goats and stuff, the humor was lame. i couldn't finish it.

Normal controllers are far more fun, different button combinations lead to different results, basically there are more inputs available. but depending motion can be fun if done right like zelda, or if its subtle like little big planet with the waist and head moving.
otherwise as of now we are far from seeing it correctly implemented to be that much fun.
although motion is obviously the best way to play dance games
guys only reason the walkers seemed scary is because back then the gameplay was slow, clunky, the aiming was non existant aswell as combat, the game was a puzzle game, with zombies as obstacles that you just ran from, didn't shoot.
and buy the time itts RE4 these guys are trained zombie killers, wouldn't make sense if it was slow paced, because leon and chris would decimate all of them with a knife.
thats why their are tons more zombies now and its in...
