dedicated or not unreal tournament 3 is full of lag too.
they cant make gears lag free. I mean seriously its 5 on freaking 5 and its not like their is tons of suff going on every match.
I am not bashing xbox live or did I say It couldnt have big games with dedicated servers. Shoot I even said live has more features than psn. It just doesnt have as many big mp "exclusives" with dedicated servers that psn does. The most people in one fps action game on xbox is 50 players in frontlines but that was not done very well. End of story. and I am stating facts and not making an argument like you seem to think.
So it should not be the same price. But if it is the same price as a UMD then sony will make mad dollars with the psp go. More profit on every system (less Parts and no UMD) More profit off every game sold for the same price as UMD through digital distribution.

Live has a few more fetures over psn.
Psn has bigger games with dedicated servers.

Stop congradulating the console with inferior power. The 360 is weaker and is easier to develop for and the multiplatform games dont play that much different! get real!
What you dont understand is that the ps3 is not the only console sony supports. They still support the ps2 and the psp. A new psp is coming out and that will be all profit for sony at 250 dollars. They can take the loss on the ps3 because of the other two consoles.
Since the engine is up and running and the development time is slashed in half. Maybe they can spend more money on the actual advertisments now?
