But Please explain to me why Sony's first party exclusives look night and day better than microsofts??? You might think you can compare the consoles power by similar performing multiplatform games but I just dnt think its logical when the time to make both versions is usually split.

Good I am glad you understand. For the record the only other game I was referring to up their was frontlines that used dedicated servers I was not even thinking about phantasy star or final fantasy.
PS3 is a great system and I am passionate about it. 360 could (technically) for sure have a game like MAG but I dnt think that microsoft will. I think it just comes down to the freedom that sony gives its developers which is one of the major reasons I prefer ps3 in the first place....

I dnt think Left 4 dead had dedicated servers because its only 8 players and their have been many instances of lag in that game. I dnt think Unreal tournament 3 was either because that game had crazy lag! Not sure about Battlefield series but I dnt think that is either, show proof!. The only other game I know for sure is Frontlines fuel of war.
But even if all the games you listed had dedicated servers They dnt act like they are, meaning they are not 60 person online fps.

Still I can play 30 on 30 with pretty good graphics and 16 on 16 with amazing graphics. Cant do that on 360 either. Only 5 on 5 with lag every game!
