This battlefront is far from the best. Hell it doesn't even come close to battlefront 2.
I agree, in battlefront 1 and 2 you could play a full sized match all against ai. I was hoping it would return where you and a few friends could play full sized matches with or against each other filled with ai. My biggest gripe though is the map count, 4 off launch and one late is pathetic.

As buggy as bf4 was it still launched with 10 massive maps with big levolution events. I'm so bored of star wars, just from the lack of variety in the 4 original maps and jakku.
I don't see how you could play many games that are out now on the hololens. Just go through the list of current games and think about it. Call of duty, battlefield, Halo, starwars, any racing game especially arcade racers. I could see maybe an RTS but that would involve your environment too much to really get immersed in. It's cool tech and has other applications but I don't see video games being high up on their list of uses.
Damn I love battlefield. The more I experience star wars, the more I wish DICE just focused on a sequel to battlefield 2142. I hope star wars turns out, but I'm more optimistic for their next battlefield.
I've never really been into handheld gaming. I like to game out on a big screen with loud surround sound. Curious to see what the NX is about though.
The game just needs more. More heroes more maps.

I really don't like award shows of any kind, especially game awards. I stopped paying attention back in 2004 when madden football won, I was shocked and pissed off, I've since sworn off awards. Games aren't done until their final dlc and their final patch anyway, at least in this generation of gaming. I still play the shit out of battlefield 4, and it has come a long way from its release to its final product. Is it fair to say Witcher 3 is goty because it was released earlier? Giv...

Considering the PSX didn't even exist a couple years ago, it's hard to be disappointed. We are lucky to get what we get.
I've never understood the appeal of trophies in any game. Wouldn't it be better to just get rid of it? If you got some sort of credits for trophies earned that go towards store purchases or something I could see some incentive but as it is, I just don't get it.
The only backwards compatibility I'm interested in, is when I can pop a ps2 disc in and play. I kept my favorites and they are ones that will never get a remaster or a remake or whatever. If I have to buy from a small list of compatible games then I'm really not interested.
Curses aren't real and if they were, a stupid sports cover curse would certainly be the last to be real. Don't be stupid.
