Bioshock is just another FPS with diferent enviroment just another FPS
at least heavenly swords offer more chaos on the screen hundred enemies , explosion , physics .

I would say Cell Processor is a new Architecture it will take some time to develop and since Most Developer had more time on 360 Dev kit than PS3 .
its Basic developers had more time on 360 4 years and PS3 1.5 year with a new cell processor it will take some times
