You guys see what happens when Sony wants to mess with people? They remove the option to run "other os" They expect everybody to upgrade to FW 3.21
Then a few days later (now) the hypervisor LV2 was dumped. The so called hackers were already messing with the hypervisor since January and do they think a simple firmware update released on april fools day will stop them?

What happens if suddenly they disable the blu-ray drive to the PS3? What if they decided they remove the PS2 function to the older PS3 's? Will the TOS be justifiable then? Or PlayStation network, what if one day in the next couple of months they decided to shut down the servers. Isn't that a feature too?
That's is a good reason to sue Sony.
They should FIX the problem not take it out of the whole equation and expect to get the right positive answer for 90% of the pe...

At the first (back in 2007 or so) it sounded like L.A. Noire was coming for the PS3 only when I watched the trailer and of how BIG the game could possibly become by prediction. That's one of the reasons why I bought a ps3 was for the exclusives coming up in these next couple of years and me supporting Sony to the fullest ever since I got my first walkman in the mid 90's!
