My take on it is that Fallout needs to be bigger than skyrim, in skyrim the dungeons were huge so the physical map of the world didnt tell the whole story. Heck blackreach was about as big as the entire subway sytem in Fallout 3.
In fallout the only "dungeons" are buildings, houses, and subway. All of which are smaller inside than most dungeons in Skyrim. So naturally Fallout should make up for that sppace by a bigger landscape.
Even if its the phys...
Cant really tell how bid it really is with this, hope its bigger than skyrim.
For the people disagreeing with me, do you really think that scene with his wife with her weird animations looked good? Please argue my points, I would like you to disprove what I said.
Like I said I most likely will like this game a lot but its hard to see any noticable improvements.
The Voice acting is phenomenal by the way and very immersive but the bad lip syncing destroys the immersion.
Looks like Fallout 3.5, they even have the same voices for super mutants... The animations and scripted scenes seems akward at times. And why does a laser rifle sound like a ballistic weapon?
Atmosphere, music, and exploration looks great.
Overall it looks like there wasnt much effort to innovate and move the franchise forward. Im sure it will still be fun, but as far as legitimate improvements(not minecraft gimmicks) I dont see any.
I think they are too confident now, they show one gameplay video and expect everyone to preorder the game, buy a season pass, buy merchandise.
We dont even know what the story will be like... It just looks like just cause now... A ton of gameplay but no story...
Is this a joke?
No, people need to stop letting names be the end all be all... Let the game prove it, we've barely seen anything on it...
Everythings a 9.5 these days... But are they really?
All the ships will be free and earned in game with the release. That money that people are dropping is a way that they allow people to donate...
People need to understand that the singleplayer campaign will be "done" next year, not the persistent universe. The persistent universe Like an mmo will never be "done" because it will have updates and additions for the years to come.
I'm loving this fucking game, Just started playing after I saw the ign review and for me its at least 9 out of 10 game... I hope it expands into something bigger!
Plus its twice the size of rivals...
It sounds like you are playing at a higher resolution than 1080p, most gpu's today even some that are in the 400-500 can beast skyrim at 1080p even with enb...
I'm actually hoping/waiting for a gpu that can hit 60fps with enb @4k... Now that would be a sight to see...
Most of the things you mentioned is in the new Need for Speed, so I'm not getting the need for this article...
Yeah its EA that we are talking about... Have you forgotten how bad they can get?
Watch it get delayed and downgraded...
Apparantly its kumbaya season for reviewers and they are now giving 9's and 10's out like candy... Pretty soon there will be nothing "special" about it and it will be the industry standard...
Dont get me wrong, I'm not against having a ton of great games but I'm not sure if all this is true... People are even giving Until Dawn 10's...
Bethesda needs to be more concerned with marketing the game... Like seriously? Their only marketing was E3, do they really think that only E3 will cover everything about this game? They didnt even have a gameinformer cover... Thats my story...
People dont know these people...
So I checked the vid out and first I'd like to say I like the way the guy tried his hardest to not look at stuff that might be spoilery, also it was in spanish so I didnt get any dialogue spoiled.
It seems like a decent length but even with sprint he was going slower than the horses in skyrim. Being that he was going slower than a horse it only too him about 11 minutes to cross it. Thats about 8 minutes for a theoretical horse.
Which pins it about the si...
