Vice versa goes for people like you. Most people would agree that even the best games has its flaws and doesn't deserve that perfect score. The best Halo Reach review that didn't stink of Halo fanboyism is that on gamesradar.com and they seem to give the game the score it deserves. Most of the reviews for Halo Reach are from people who live, eat, and sleep Halo. That in itself makes the game for them the best thing ever.
This is why I don't play many of my older PS2 games even though their gameplay was super awesome but the graphics don't have that feeling anymore.
There was a bigger diversity of games available to gamers back then. Thats why I still like the PS3 over the 360 any day is because of the games, Sony has more diverse games available unlike the 360 which is really defined by FPSs. PC FTW!
FPSs are ruining the gaming industry. Look at most of the games that are coming out, a bunch of FPSs. I want something other than the same old something. Thats why I can't wait for Gran Turismo 5 to come out.

Well I don't know how this online distribution stuff will work. I think all that is stupid. Most people don't have blistering speeds for their internet connection and don't want to have to stream 30 GB+ worth of stuff. Better going with blu ray
