My best friend's brother has a Quad Core over locked with DX11(I don't know how he got them) and he has a killer monitor and he hooked up Killzone 2 to compare. While Crysis looked more realistic at the same time it bland and boring. Don't get me wrong, it was beautiful but Killzone 2 just has the wow factor.
I am not an expert at this PC stuff. All I know is that I want those DX11 cards.
I understand where you are coming from for some reason Killzone 2 visually has that metal dirty look while Crysis has that light yet detailed look. Killzine 2 grittiness just does it for me. I bored looking a Crysis. I guess the game play in Killzone 2 makes me feel that way.
Dude I have a Samsung 1080p 42 inch HDTV hooked up to my PS3 via HDMI. I have my PC with the DX9 cards hooked up to a 1900 x1200 32 Inch monitor and Killzone 2 looks better and its art style blows Killzone 2 out the water. But visually they are both equal in many ways.
Killzone 2 looked better than Crysis. The animation and textures were amazing in Killzone 2.
