Depends what you consider large. Back when I had the game before I sold it there was roughly 20,000 users or so online, but that was like 4 or 5 months ago. I wouldn't really consider it "large", as SOCOM Confrontation has around 10,000 and that game just blew monkey nuts.
You can't really say that for sure. Those games could look even better than they do now if they didn't support 3D, but we will never know since they already support it.
I'm playing on PS3 but got a spare code for my Xbox as well to compare the to. Glad I own both and not waiting for the 360 version to roll out.
Gay fish.
EDIT: Yea Kayne aint that great, he's alright though but nothing like he claims to be. Which is why he is a Gay Fish :)
Damn it, you beat me to it. Looks like its time to start up some Medal Of Honor :)
EDIT: Holy hell 268MB! Wtf kind of patch is this lol
If you click Kotaku story in the article and read it, you will notice it says they are adding a new Family Center to XBL. I don't think the whole dashboard is getting an update since Kinect has its own dashboard, but rather just an added section to the dashboard specifically for your family settings.
I will never be for full digital distribution of full games. Just for the simple fact I like owning the actual case, art work, manual, disc and not to mention I don't wanna be stuck with a game for ever. If I buy a game I should be able to sell it when I please, if its all digital I can't do that. I would rather carry my game discs around and be able to let my friends borrow them, or be able to sell my games then have the "easier" option of a USB stick in my pocket.
I wouldn't necessarily say that. There have been a few times where I wanted to get certain Achievements or Trophies and spent more time than I should have on certain parts of the game, but that's a good thing in a way. Some games I'll explore more than I normally would (in a sense) to get a certain Achievement and might come across something I didn't see my first time through for example.
Not to mention games these days are a lot less challenging than they us...
This is sad but true. Little tweens tickle their vaginas to the sound of Kustin Beiber (horrible I know) but like you said, if he says its "cool" then they need to be "cool" to and run out and buy it.
Smart business move for MS, but sure it one hell of a corny one.
I say each piece of hardware has its own fanbase, you just don't see it as much on here because its primary PS3 users. For the most part anyway. Go to different websites you will notice how many people like Move over Kinect, and Kinect over Move.
I'm jealous he gets to play these games before me. He looked like he was having a blast with Killzone 3 in 3D.
You should go out and pick it back up again, once you kill those guys I'm pretty sure they don't respawn. The game is fucking awesome for how old it is, and very fun as well once you get even further in the game. Can't wait for the second one, the last half of 2010 has some pretty damn amazing games coming out.
Who the hell hates on Killzone 2? Nothing wrong with that game, just not many people play it anymore.
EDIT: We got a hater? I own Killzone 2 and its one of my top played PS3 games. Everyday I log on there is only 10-20 games worldwide, that is not a lot of people. I have no problem with the controls in Killzone 2, they work just fine for me.
@DA_Shredder - The controls killed the game for casual noobs, the controls where just fine. People didn't like the...
Carebears killing each other, what more could you ask for, for some dumb fun?
Who buys a console to play a DEMO? That has to be the most ignorant comment I have ever read.
They wanted to give me $9.90 (Not even a full damn $10) for Dragon Age Origins, with my edge card giving me 10% extra. Then I turned around and saw it sitting on the shelf for $39.99 used, fucking load of crap lol.
I visited it thinking it would be something really cool, but it was actually really shitty. The damn videos took way to long to load and that's all you could do, you was just better off downloading them from the Playstation Store. Cool idea, just not as cool as it sounded.
True, but Cevat Yerli is a straight up "I'm better than everyone else so I'm going to soil my panties" type of guy. Crysis 2 looks pretty promising though.
EDIT: Google his name with interview in front of it, and just read.
I'll take Killzone 3 over Crysis 2 any day of the week.
So is Killzone 3 though.
EDIT: @cobraagent - SOCOM 4 is still in pre-alpha and its being released this holiday to. Not saying Crysis 2 is indeed in pre-alpha because I don't know but it is possible.
Help me Tom Cruise!
