I feel that after having been a gamer since the Atari 2600, that there are plenty of good games out there for every taste. The only problem IMO is that some of the younger generation are harder to please I guess. A good example would be Destiny. How much flak did this game get since it came out? Is it deserved? I would say not really. And the funny thing is, there are so many good titles coming out in the next few months that soon enough most people won't care anyway, and they'll move...

I believe it's at least a solid 8 if anything. It's not all there yet. It will have some longevity in my opinion but maybe not 10years exactly LOL! On the other hand, I am really having fun with it. And in the end it will be yet another of the many, many titles on my HDD that I probably won't have enough time to complete anyway. Seriously has anyone seen the list of games releasing these up coming months? Nothing to complain about if Destiny is relatively short.

I'll really get some mileage out of my Gamefly account in the coming months. @Morganfell,seeing all of your pre-orders reminded me of mine last generation! I would seriously look into a Gamefly account (If available) If for no other reason other than the discounts that build up. You could save lots of money over the year. I can get Brand new titles right now for about $40. Just a thought.

I check if it's available for XBOX and find that it is.

I mean if you have any friends at all (And it's hard not to have a boatload if you play and communicate at all). You should be all set. Never could figure out what the big deal is. Don't get me wrong, I'm buying this game anyway as I've seen enough to sell me on the concept. But, isn't it getting kinda lame to keep showing the same scene from the game we've seen a billion times already? Oh well!
