I'm not sure what this contributor is saying... It's not very valid considering the fact that there has been videos of dev's mentioning that they are not improving the graphics themselves but they are improving the res of cut scenes in the game due to the fact that they have more space in the Blu-Ray disc. I played beat it on the 360 mand loved it... so I really have no intention of buying it for PS3 but hey, I'm just saying...
SotC is probably the most epic game I had played for the PS2. I don't remember any hype for SotC but after playing Ico I couldn't help but play SotC.
It wasn't the most visually appealing game however, that didn't bother me at all. It only added to the lonely aspect of the game with slightly misty graphics.
I have read rumored articles of Team ICO working on 2 new titles... I can't wait and hope that they announce something soon.

Sony fan... doesn't sound like that at all. I love both consoles and both MS and Sony have made their share of mistakes. Think of it logically though, PS3 has sold more consoles ina shorter amount of time and will soon completely exceed XBOX, however their 'solid' game sare not out yet they are just coming. I read the news as well and I can see why your disappointed... Star Ocean is an awesome series and was primarily a PS title, but that was back when Sony had pretty much no competitors in the gaming industry.

Thit isn't necessarily true. Sure some ports as well as exclusives end up sucking, one that is forever etched in my mind is Rainbow Six Vegas 1 which was blurry and had horrible audio compared to 360 but it all seems to depend on the team behind bringing it to the PS3 and the time they put into it. For example: Oblivion for the PS3 came long after the 360 version but it looked better, ran smoother and the load times were WAY better. Both versions are soooo close. I own the PS3 version and my friend the 360 version. We did a comparison. The 360 had more vibrant colours and pop-up (rare)whereas the PS3 was slightly darker and no noticable pop up. I haven't had any freezing yet either. I don't really care which version. The differences are so minor who cares. I just wanted the game.
The screens look great, but I can't help but wonder that they are touched up photos. I have no doubt the game will look great, just not that great.
If BioShock does end up coming to PS3 like it was rumoured a long, long time ago, I will buy it. I've also heard rumour of the second one coming to PS3. Either way, it will be a definate buy. ;)

There seems to be quite a bit of bias on the part of the author. I find it quite ridiculous that individuals decide to argue over and over about which console is superior. I own both consoles myself and only buy games for the 360 if they are exclusive... otherwise I buy them for the PS3 because all my friends own the console and honestly I trust it more. The price drop will make an impact but I dougbht it will do much. The PS3 has been improving and you can't forget that the PS3 met the 10 000 000 units sold after release sooner than 360 did after release. I can't say I don't like 360... I own an Elite but I'm just pointing out a fact. Hate me if you wan't.
Legend of Dragoon was amazing and it's disappointing that there was never a remake or a second one... I'm a fan of Final Fantasy, and in my opinion I think with the power of the PS3 LoD could compete with FF if they did it right. :D PS3 has a lot of good titles going for it this year. I hope to see it do more successful now that they are gaining some ground.
You can't forget that the PS3 was released way later than the 360. The PS3 was expensive at release and everyone who wanted next-gen already went and bought 360 (before knowing about the RROD issue) It's no wonder the PS3 is behind.

Both ICO and Shadow of Colossus were amazing games. Without a doubt their next game will be amazing as well. Just imagine what they can do with the power of the PS3! Whether they announce it tomorrow or not I still can't wait.

I certainly wouldn't say this article proves nothing. Everyone knows that the PS3 is more powerful. As it stands now, both are about equal. Look at Drakes Fortune. It's a beautiful game. However, Bioshock in my opinion was also a beautiful game, not as good looking as Drakes Fortune though. I own both the PS3 and 360. Both have their advantages and disadvantages.

If this is true, I think it would be great. I mean if you like RPG's and playing with your friends it would be great to do quests and level up. It would be cool if a game like Elder Scrolls incorporated a feature like this.
