They don't want people to have to choose which version to buy. Which may potentially backfire but it ensures the system (the 3ds)that has a much larger user base won't swallow the other.
How could any of these people possibly think this is a good idea?
Uhh the N64 just went through a collectors boom in the last few years. It's got a ton of very expensive and very collectible carts.

It's a game developed by Obsidian of course there will be bugs. I am not justifying them or anything, but anyone who is familiar with this studio probably expected this to a degree.

It's one of the chief reasons I don't like posting here. The comments section is overrun with bashing and hate. It seems to me these people spend more time hating a particular electronic on message boards more than playing them. Seriously no one should give a crap towards what system I prefer.

I really enjoyed ACIV quite a bit. I am still hesitant to pick up BF4 just based on all the problems its been having. I hope it gets fixed up soon.

A good game is a good game regardless of what system its on. I think people who argue on the net over which console is better are silly. Happy gaming everyone! I love my PS4 and i will love my Xbox One when I get it someday!
I could never let my mom do this for me. I mean granted she would never as is. I would feel kinda scummy if my mom was out in the rain buying a console for 20 yr old me though. Maybe possibly the son has some sort of disability?
I dunno maybe I am crazy but I feel just a few days isn't enough to review hardware. The system should be put through its paces thoroughly. I don't feel that can be done to the best extent over just 2-3 days.

Who cares? Everyone is so caught up in this "winning", and this whole pulling ahead stuff. Maybe Nintendo doesn't need to do either thing. Maybe just maybe it's OKAY if Nintendo co-exists alongside the other two. I have a Wii U on my desk all the same as my PS4. I jump between them pretty frequently and surprise! I really enjoy both of them for different reasons. If anything though maybe this is good for Nintendo. A hungry Nintendo is a Nintendo more willing to surprise imo....
