i dont think its a terrible port. the review does mention theres slowdown and it will probably score less across the board than the 360 version but its still a quality game.
Ok il try and tell you why they gave it a higher score. The Orange box contains 5 real good games. Uncharted is a good game but with little replay value. thats how it gets 1% more
mine as to be one christmas when i opened my present to find a comodore 64 complete with the game, worm. f@@kin ace. yes that crappy little game that was all the rage on phones 8 years i had 10 years b4 it was on mobile. it was on tape and took three minutes to loads. haaa!, the hours of fun i had with that game. i soon updated to games like prince clumsy and buggy boy. since then i was addicted to gaming. god bless the commodore 64

good point but you cant give a game extra point for jus tryin. if you read there review they have a lot of good stuff to say about it but at the end of the day they have to score the game for what it is. guitar hero got 90% because its fun and as great replay value. assissn's creed, although tries something different, gets a bit repeative and as flawed gameplay. play the game for 30 mins and you'll love it. 2 hours in thou and it starts to grate and thats from first hand opinion
