Have you always been so opposed to people having options or is this just when Sony is involved?
I recall you being opposed to Game Pass as being an option, calling options a buzzword. That stuck with me because I'd never come across a consumer so opposed to consumers getting more choices.
So has it always been like this with you?
Because we the consumers aren't making big enough waves about it. The media alone didn't cause Sony to cave, it was the consumers as well.
I don't understand this notion that the media is bias against Sony when it's the very same media lauding (rightfully so) their exclusives and game output. People are so selective with their reasoning around here. You can't have it both ways.

Sony stance for a long time was no crossplay and now they have relented due to pressure, ie caved.

Possibly. Although they were able to create 2 of the highest rated racing games in the last 4 years. Who knows what these master gamesmiths can crank out before the next generation?
