When I buy a second hand copy of that game, it's a game that's already been paid for, the money which that original copy was supposed to have made has been made, and any server space that goes along with the game has also been purchased.
When I pirate a game, it's tant amount to stealing, no money of any kind has been made for the product, and any server space I use, I'm also stealing.
