A lot of people knew him. He was also once a president at Konami America. He was well known and respected throughout Konami for sure.
I'm sure these guys may have been good friends at Konami. Maybe Shinji himself noticed how unfairly Kojima and others were being treated and wanted to maintain a good working relationship with Kojima. But yeah, its definitely intriguing. Lol at Yakuza
With all this talent behind the studio, it looks like Kojima Productions may soon be bigger than Konami itself.

Nothing wrong with characters showing personality. We're all human after all, and we'll naturally be attracted to the likeness of another being. It's not like they're using the sexiness of these characters to sell the game.
It's a good time to buy video games, a lot of great games on that list.
