They don't have to do sh!t. Neither does Microsoft or Nintendo.
I mean, i'm not against being progressive, but something about this just rubs me the wrong way. It just feels...slimy and gross.
How is it misleading? Let's break it up..
It says "GOG is offering 27 free games". This statement is true; they are INDEED offering 27 free games, regardless of when they initially became free.
"To help you relax at home", sounds like a statement made by the author.
I don't see how this translates to "In the wake of the current outbreak, GOG has decided to take action and offer these new free games for those stuck at home."
...
Just bought the GameCube version for a hefty sum a month ago.
I feel your pain.
Don't believe any of it.
Go play.
I think my statement was too broad. And I'm also realizing my issues are nitpicky.
I think it's the animations of the characters, and the style in which we fight each other. Maybe it just seemed too much like Battlefield to me? For whatever reason, when I would watch a storm trooper run, I wasn't convinced I was looking at a storm trooper. I just didn't feel like a Star Wars character while playing either. It's really hard to explain.

15 minutes?
That doesn't seem like it would garner a good enough perspective on the game.
I think I played close to 10 hours. Maybe even more. It was definitely lacking something. It didn't exactly feel like Star Wars, but it was a blast.
It's nice to see them listen to feedback.
What are you basing that statement on?
I played on both.
PS4 is better for sure, but I played most on Xbox One. The visuals don't matter once you're in the heat of battle.
The Xbox One version was the first version I saw in person, and I was still blown away by the realism.
Cry me a river. I have Xbox One and am happy I have the opportunity to play
As long as the ads are for a video game, I don't see the problem.
Anything other than that should not be allowed
That sarcasm was hard to read ck1x
I don't know why your comment was so funny, but LOL
Compared to what?
I enjoy both backwards compatibility and remasteres.
I could do without either one. I'm just going to go with the flow and play my games
I have access to the special demo.
This is a solid gameplay experience. It feels like a good sidescroller with solid megaman elements scattered throughout. The feeling of speed is definitely there.
The voice acting, the script, and overall story is very old-school, which means it has some very rough edges, which should be expected for a 'megaman' game of this type.
I personally do not like the graphics. The 3D models don't real...
Gotta say it right man...it's the SUPER GAMEBOY!!!
:-D
This should read "typical American business owner afraid of nudity"
At least in this case
You make it seem like we are only going to have fun if it's co-op, which is so false. We don't rely on anyone for our fun. Co-op in halo merely enhances the fun that is already there. It's not as black and white as you're making it.
Live isn't the exact same as having your buddy right next to you; the interaction of having a physical friend there goes beyond just the gameplay: sharing the junk food, drinking the soda, eating the pizza, going out for a smok...
Next Gen should be dubbed "The Finer Details".
I'm all for fixing the minor annoyances that come with gaming.
