That is exactly how I knew the PS4 would do extremely well, because of the games and support they gave the PS3. The games released on the PS3 in it's last few years were amazing. I knew that all PS3 owners would be buying a PS4. The cheaper price with the more power was an added bonus and ensured they would dominate.
Ass Creed Odyssey is extremely boring and repetitive in the first 20 hours. I platinumed the game but deserves no more than a 7 or 8/10 in my opinion. The story did pick up later on, but the game has so much boring pointless filler. I liked the game but a GOTY? Not a chance in hell.

That's so sad how some single player games have forced over-the-top grinding into their core experience trying to get the players that will pay a little bit more money to get help in making it go faster. Some publishers are so friggin sneaky. So much so, that you could not be bothered to finish the game because of said grind. This kind of shit really bums me out the more I think of it

I AM SO GLAD that Sony has this type of messaging and so thankful that they are not talking like Microsoft. I pretty much dislike everything Microsoft is doing and has done. That's not to say it's bad or anything, it just certainly is not for me or anyone else I know.
That's why they should just purchase Bluepoint Games. Get them to just go to work on remaking old ip. That's their job. And then holding on to those assets and eventually making new games for in those franchises.
Man I'm excited about the 'load times' being majorly reduced. If you played Assassin's Creed Odyssey or Hitman 2, you would be excited for this also. Hitman 2 is the worst, because you need to reload a hell of a lot in that game all the time.
I've personally saved heaps of money over the years. a lot of times, big games will be cheaper digitally than buying the physical version.

Oh for sure. Nintendo have found their space and they're doing really well. I think some Ninty fans got a little Butthurt when Sony said that Nintendo aren't their main competition. If you look into it, it's actually a compliment for Nintendo. They are selling alongside the PS4, and very well. I have a Switch and a PS4 lol. Switch is great.
