It's agenda driven garbage (and the writing suffers because of it) with the most annoying characters ever in Sean And Daniel. Every episode's opening 'wolf' story makes me cringe so hard that I pull a muscle in my neck. The game is 90% boring trash. If it was a TV show it would flop so hard on the writing alone. It's pure garbage.
Life Is Strange 1 was amazing. Before The Storm was pretty good too. Life Is Strange 2? Terrible

To your post, that's why no company put money into paying for Shenmue 3. Most people have no clue about the previous games. Kick-Starter was a great option. The game got made for the fans. The game flopped, but no one got hurt much by it's failure.

NO. No one takes the User Review scores seriously. The best way is to go to a reviewer you trust, like a personality on YouTube for example.
Finally, looking forward to playing a crazy campaign and then jumping in to the creative side. Maybe just building some assets people can use
