Effects won't be by much and when Devs get more familiar with the PS5. (Not to mention what Sony 1st party can do.) I'm not into the whole technical side of things, but I read this news as a positive for PS5. Also positive for Lockhart, if that even exists at this point. No confirmation obviously.
