I honestly dont believe for a second, that the layout is as important as you imply.
Simply put, if the controller is slighter bigger heavier and feels comfortable to hold in your hands for long gaming sessions is a good sign.

But you know what really gets me? the mentality some of these fanboys have in regards to Sony's investments. They seem to be under the blind impression that Sony doesnt make money of these games they fund and make because others are making money in other ways.

Ironically, PlayStation 2's install base is what gave this game and Dmc, like onimusha their start. What companies like Capcom and squarenix have been doing is following their wallets, without much thinking about the consequences of their actions.

See, on the flip side this is Sony's issue with the vita and ps3. So much effort goes into their console, and yet the same couldn't exactly be said for their handheld.

Just last night, i played uncharted 3 and came against a group of guys who could turn themselves into those spider creatures in the campaign mode. As unrealistic as that may sound, it was one of the worst times i ve had with this game in recent memory.
