But, the guy is right on one thing. The vita is and will always be the better platform of the two. Simply put, the vita may not have launched with the amount of original titles the psp did but it is an evolution of it.

Sony will be fine I am sure. Look Sony isnt the only japanese company losing money. Japan businesess in general are struggling compared to others like Chinese, korean and American. Heck most of todays jobs are heading to places like china and india.
The ps3 launch was a major setback financially, and to put it lightly no one could have really predicted the issues with things like the economy, tsunamis, earthcakes, hacks and all that.

The headline of this article makes it sound as if owning a vita is a hazard of some sort. Retarded is the word thats comes to mind.
The vita is an evolution to all the current gaming handhelds out in the market. (currently)No other handheld offers what the vita does spec wise, interface wise, input wise, and network wise.
Vita just came out and it launched with 25 titles or so. Yes there are ports in there but this isnt something the others are immune to.
See, this is what they need to do with all the ports. Make good use of the cross platform.
Well releasing before MS does have its advantages more so than it may its disadvantages.
MS Wont invest too much in power if everyone else isnt, i mean its common sense. Also pricing and games will end up being more important like usual. its all about profits and market share.

I am completely fine with this as long as it doesnt release after, tired of waiting for a specific platform.
Also this will probably turn the tide between the two in the u.s, ofcourse nothing is certain unless Sony can market and release games for the platform.
Another thing I figure, is both platforms will have great O.S and due to that great services.
I am sure Sony wont be making that mistake they made with the ps3's memory archictecture.

Well if its anything like the vita I hope there is some sort of price difference between digital and physical games. That would atleast help the cost somewhat.
I often wondered why pc games were cheaper than their console counterparts. Is it because of the whole serial key scheme in place? Maybe low than expected sales than console games? I can see why they would want to release a smaller 360, the idea will simply appeal to many and even at a cheaper with a new form factor many will buy I am.
