keep gaining sales in japan, gain millions of units sold in this territory. Ms wont be able to stop the ps3 there and just hang with the competition elsewhere, this will eventually make the difference and therefore cut into m's lead within a few years.
just think you don't have to beat the wii to overtake the 360 in your homeland. just rack in them sales and things will change for sure, if this wasn't the case ms wouldn't care to cater this market as much.

it goes around 750,000. by the end of the week, at this rate the ps3 is bound to have over a million units sold by the end of the month. that in itself is great news.
and ill said it again, it is through japan that sony could overtake ms and claim 2nd place until the ps3 reaches the 200 price point, that is when the wii will start losing its lead little by little, because lets face it nothing but great games and movies are coming, also by this time many will have HDTVs.

my take on this is that it is good that its happening now, i however feel that if Sony is going to over take ms in hardware sales it has to do it in japan, its the easiest access point and the difference maker here.

is very good, i love the first game, i still play it for hours.
this game is my favorite sandbox game, mainly due to its story and its decision making system, love the comic book style they used for this game and the maturity level of its core story.
also the gameplay has many different elements to it, its a very expansive element of this game. very dinamic in terms of variaty.

i cant believe this is happening, a friend of mines who works in retail told me this would happen, and also said that microsoft would eventually adopt the format as well, but that it might take em a year or 2 to pledge their support, apple is in as well but have yet to pledge their entire support.

with that said xbox live is clearly better in every aspect imaginable.
just the ability to stay in constant contact with your buddies at all times is what makes xbox live that much greater in my opinion.

then there is the lengh of the game itself, some say its just 5 hours long dont know if thats true or not so i wont judge on that end.

yes this is more like it, i can easily see the ps3 gaining 2.5 million in less than 6 months here in japan, especially now with final fantasy 13 looming exclusively on the ps3, just in case im sure sony and squarenix talking bundles and deals and what not.

until the game launches and i buy it, yes buy it. i dont mean to sound like some fan boy, but to me GT5 is the real drivin simulator, anything else is just a clone to its shadow.
after sega tried to imulate gt with sega gt, it became clear to me that the cloning wasnt going to end there.
and so now if its not gran turismo to me its not uthentic at all, its like comparing gatorade and powerade..

well my idea with all this would simply be, just to do it mainly with the exclusives and prep em in the background and have atleast like 500 with another 1500 games remastered for the premiere of the ps2 games library in the ps store sometime in the coming years..
