from a technical standpoint yes the ps3 is the best console ever constructed thus far.
the 360 comes in second.
The point is whenever you don't have to buy as many peripherals as the next guy than you know you got yourself a nice piece of equipment.

this looks like a generic PC game, i feel the character models as well as the environment could use more detail. Make the characters look and feel a bit heavier like gears of war, now this game could have rival it if not for obvious graphical differences and gore.

plausible, i can see Sony and activision patching this game for the sake of promotion and sales, heck what will ultimately surprise many is when the resurgence pack gets ported in a few months couple with this.
Personally i'm not a big fan of 3d, but i feel though there are different levels of 3D once the ps4 gets here with the right configuration to support a more advance 3D than people will automatically take notice and decide whether or not they want it.
Realistically speaking you would need to shrink the size of the motherboard a lot more, get the cell to go from 45 to say...32 and then 22 if possible.

cross game voice chat, and a party system not unlike that of Xbox 360. well if this is true than...its a good thing though i don't think people should have to pay for these types of functions.
however and i know this may sound grimy but, i think where Sony could really win is if they exclusively speaking, offer one free movie, and a choice between one psone classic or one ps2classic game a month..i think that will get people thinking about it more.

Its all about the infrastructure really, the whole system has to be as one. this means it cant feel like it has loose ends.
Me im all about the gaming experience and whats going to make time, a well spend fun time. A universal party system i think is long overdue, this alone would kill home if it were implemented, i mean think about it.
