Thank goodness I live in the UK where a parent even though there have been cases of terrible deaths video game deaths/violence is hardly known if present.
You are right, its based on consumer choice.
But from a gamers point of view its like saying if the PS3 was number 1 and had games like blue dragon, mass effect and the 360 had say bioshock and halo 3 for me that would be an even better reason to own both consoles.
But since the 360 has more highly reknowned titles and more coming out this year its easier for me to choose the 360 as I like yourself prefer the Xbox brand because of the games and online etc.
Why? Because of the choice and the sheer number of games, ease of use, awesome pad.
Where is PS3? At number at the bottom looks like the tables have turned since Xbox 1 used to be number 3...Not anymore

Looking at what games it has, games are important price is an issue but then again what do you want to use it for?
Looking at the PS3 it has all the hardware but where are the games? Just shoddy ports thats it.
360 is reigning supreme and always will, it has the backing from many top developers along with many exclusives.
Mass Effect is a prime example there is NOTHING like it on the PS3 and Mass Effect oh and Too Human are trilogys ;-)

Elite has 100gb more hard drive space...I doubt it can be made 'obsolete'.
What are you PS3 fans playing? Oh wait there aren't any decent demos oh well apart from that Heavenly Sword that lasted a good part of like 8mins...
Oh and I will be playing some FRESH exclusive games next week and what will you PS3 fanbabies be playing? Resistance...Oh wait maybe GRAW 2 another 6-7month port or is it more?

What delaying is good? HAHAHAHA tell me which PS3 game that has gotten delayed has been proven to be far better to the 360 version? NONE thats what.
HALO is a console game sure PC gamers have given the first one a lot of negatives but it is by far the BEST game on the Xbox also look at HALO 2 it sold way more than Resistance *rolls eyes*
The only 2 greatest titles to come out on the PS3 this year are UT3 and Haze oh but wait these are also coming to the 360.

All we have seen is that its powerful to do FOLDING and powerful to be used in other areas OTHER than gaming...
The 360's GPU and CPU are ideal for gaming and what we are seeing on the 360 ARE games not shoddy ports from other consoles or excuses from developers on what they cant do but what they CAN DO.
The PS3 has nothing at this time to prove it needs the space or power to be able to run any game.

Of course reliability is important but what do you do when a system has all the top games you want but the console good conk out at anytime? Its a tough one especially if you are really into your Xbox like myself.
I am on my second one but its working for over a year now so no complaints really.
However if I had to go through all the hassle of constant replacements, faulty returns, 1 month waiting on more than 2 occassions I would probably out of pure fustration ...
For a Ubi rep to say something as stupid as that is insane, I think they need to concentrate more on developing decent games rather than just throwing poo in their own face.
Because think about it, they also develope games for the PS3...So if they have made such a complain it could mean they will just continue to make substandard PS3 games...
However looks like ALL their games of late are substandard...

Thats what I say, always works out better to build your own rig. Unless they put all the top parts to build to order like OCZ ram, Abit motherboard etc.
But personally I like to be able to go out and upgrade my system when I want without effecting the warranty and with ac actual operating system disc.

So this game will not be under Microsoft's belt.
It is up to the well now developer as its all 2K games to decide whether they want this on the PS3 as well.
Its nice to see however that the Xbox 360 is getting all the best games.
What is so elite about having the console with just a 120gb hard drive?
Not really value for money it should have more hardware however if you look at the price of a premium in the UK at £280 its £50 more for an extra 100gb of space...However the £330 Elite price tag is still yet to be confirmed I hope it ends up being lower!
Is unique there is no other racer like it and its fantastic however PGR3 was quite a let down but PGR4 is looking awesome and guess what...
