There are far better choices for top quality movies on HD-DVD plus just the name of HD-DVD sounds superb! I hate Blu-ray so I aint touching it! 3X DVD sounds awesome too!

Gears Of War is the best looking game out on the market today on any platform period.
The PS3 was delayed several times allowing developers to further concentrate on making the games hence why Motorstorm and Lair indeed do look very good - but does that mean they will be great games? Who knows have to play them to find out.

It just technically not possible for the PS3 to out do the 360's advanced GPU graphically - the 360 has a unified shader, multi-texturing, HDR+AA, 10mb EDRAM and has far more pipes has 48 I believe than the PS3's 7800GTX based GPU which has I believe around 24.
All in all the 360's GPU is a behometh it even is DX10 compliant its just missing a couple of DX10 instructions to make it fully DX10.

Bethesda are the only developers who have used the extra year to actually make a PORT LOOK better and run FASTER thats it...At least 360 owners get the game CHEAPER and have had it a YEAR EARLIER and get the Shivering Isle Expansion FIRST along with PC gamers.
All the other devs have made ports from the 360 look worse on the PS3, the PS3 can output decent visuals however it will never be able to output the serious visuals the GPU in the 360 is capable of.

Remember when the 360 was launched in Australia? They were soo excited with the system they went onto a beach and wrote about XBOX 360 on it in huge letters. Do you guys know the features HD-DVD has with all its inmovie options? I dont see blu-ray having such features.
Also blu-ray players especially the PS3 doesnt even play a lot of the older and normal CD formats either from what I remember reading.
Also with ALL HD-DVD's they are in VC-1 encoding which is a far superior encoding over MPEG-2 which is on around 90% of blu-ray movies.
Also lastly HD-DVD's are REGION FREE.

So it looks like the PS3 will get it sometime 'LATER this year' 360 and PC will get it first as they have to iron out the memory problems the PS3 has when accessing the additional content.
Firstly the game is a year old been there done that and only £22.99 on gameplay.com, how much on PS3? Oh wait around £50! Its a port with less content than the 360 version because if you forget the PS3 has MEMORY ISSUES! Also the 360 has a better GPU so it can outdo the PS3 graphically thats a solid fact set in stone.
