I don't have a PS4 and I dont plan on buying one. I dont count pixels, so I'm more than ok with multiplats on my XOne and the 2014 exclusive lineup was poor.
2015 looks alright but then again nothing that would make me want a PS4 except for UC4.

And I have to agree with his analysis. Sony's best exclusive is the $399 price tag straight out the door at launch.
And I dont care if the PS4 has 50 000 games. My Sony Xperia 2 running on Android has more games than the PS4 x 10.
I would still take the likes of TitanFall, Sunset Overdrive or FH2 amongst others any day of the week every day of the year.
If XOne isnt already pass the Wii U then by the end of this month its a wrap.
MS said 10 million shipped soon, I guess thats by the end of November with Black Friday etc. Wii U is around 8 million.
It took MS a year. More than good enough in my books.
We're only November 2014 and we alredy know that MS has AT LEAST Halo 5, QB and Tomb Raider.
As for Fable Legends, Crackdown 3 and Scalebound, at least one of them will release next year.
And you know that MS will pull at least one FH2 next year i.e announce it less than 6 months before launch, which isnt Sony's way of doing things.

I'm a single player gamer and hardly play any MP games whatsoever. And had both Xbox and PS since the PS2 days.
That said Halo 3 MP was so amazing that Halo is pretty much the only MP game I care about and that I'm looking forward to.
If they can re-inject what made Halo 3 so memorable I guess I'll be in for the best FPS experience ever again once again.

Let's just put it this way : You are in a for a blast if you own a XOne or a Wii U this holiday. Best would be to own both but if you cant I would advise you to go for a XOne. You get the 1st party AND 3rd party.
One year later I am still amazed at how MS got absolutely everything wrong with the initial plans for the XOne
- Wrong positioning : all in one media box whatever ....
- Wrong pricing : extra hardware ok, but serioulsy you cant sell a weaker console 100$ more expensive.
- Wrong audience : TV TV TV TV, media media media reveal to a core gaming audience
