At this point can it still be a game for this gen ? I mean I bet the game will be out fall 2013 at the earliest but by that time next gen will be in or just around the corner. Maybe they'll skip current gen machines and go 720/PS4 right away.

It wont change anything to the figures. 360 outsells the PS3 in the USA, I dont see why the PS3 would outsell the 360 at walmart only and the opposite all over the country.

No, the contract says the first installment is 360 exclusive and then MAYBE the sequels may go multiplatform, like the Mass Effect series.
MS probably just waiting to see if its a hit. Dont expect MS to let it go multiplat if it is.
Though Too Human was just ok a Too Human Too would have massive potential. It was planned to be a trilogy and even if the game flopped critically it still had decent sales. They should give it another try.
