Sega really did care as well. The fact that the CEO put his own personal money into the dreamcast so it could go on a little longer proved how much he cared. He and sega knew that the dreamcast would fall but he was more worried about about the gamers and the legacy of that console. It's a shame he died three days after sega announced the dreamcast would discontinue.
The best Xbox was the original. Ever since the 360 it's been shooter, dlc, online pay required, ads, etc. the original Xbox had so many great underrated and amazing games and ms really tried to cater to the gamer. Now it's all about greed and "trying to win".

The sixth generation was the best generation. Games are art. If you have the ability to watch old films, read old books, listen to old music, look at old paintings, look at old architecture etc then you can play old games. Each game is a unique experience from one another and should not be judged by its age. But for you if its an old film that's fine right? If its an old song that's fine?
