I thought the best HDTVs for gaming were plasmas because of their true high contrast ratios and not the dynamic contrast ratios.
In skate 3 I expect them to make an even larger map, while maintaining the old stuff, drastically improve graphics, and keep the frame rate running at 60fps all the time. They should also improve the walking because it feels very clunky. If they added that and had even more tricks, video editing features, and made online even better I'd definitely be happy to buy skate 3 on day one.

Is there even enough stuff to spend $6,250 on in the marketplace, because that's what 500,000 points cost. I could see that whoever get's this will have some troubles from their internet provider claiming that they use up too much bandwidth and will probably cut their line like what comcast does to their customers.
