just a combo of different herbs,proteins,and vitamins you can get the same thing at a CVS for 20 bucks and is just as good
so looking at the ingredients it can def help, but its primarily reduces stress, and increases focus. just drnk some amino acids, take your B Vitamins and rip the bong...of if you still want to get these ingredients you can find more affordable options that are still high in quality. 55 bucks is way too much
