Finally! I've "only" been waiting 2 years for Super Mario Kart Nintendo. It'll be awesome to have all console Mario Kart's on the Wii.
As for Pilotwings, I was never into the SNES original, but Nintendo can add Pilotwings 64 to the Virtual Console any day! That was one of my favorite N64 games last century. I feel old now.

LittleBigPlanet is usually 1st in Europe, aside from being fun, I think it's because most online stores like Amazon UK have it discounted to $25!
