It's easy to estimate the amount Sony would need to catch up to Xbox 360. There is about 52 weeks in a year. If you need to catch up to xbox 360 (estimating 5,000,000 or 6,000,000 difference in console base, I'll say it's 5.5 million more or less for calculation sake), Sony need to outsell 360 around 100k a week on average (5,500,000 / 52) to catch up.
So if xbox sells 50k a week, sony would need to sell at least 150k a week on average. Even though I like sony and all, probabilit...
Hey, does N4G still post newsworthy stuff? I don't see any after looking through pages of titles.
I laughed @"I think insomniac is close with Bungie"
But seriously though, from this you can truly see how more and more developers are starting to understand more in-depth of PS3 coding, and potentially able to make better games in the future.
I usually use the quick key "ctrl + t" to open a new tab, it's much faster to me.
thanks for the great answer, bubbles~
I agree very much with the notion that GTA4 will sell PS3 consoles, but I wanna put the question out there about the 50 million that Microsoft paid for the exclusive DLC for GTA4. Would this be somewhat of an added value for the GTA fans out there as an incentive to buy the 360 version? Or is the controls mroe important as all the previous GTA have been on PS.
you mean this one?

I stopped reading when he said he look at gamespot for review scores. I mean, I like both. I can't play zelda on the PSP, and I can't play FFVII crisis core on the DS. Both have good games in my opinion.
The only thing worth it from gamefly is buying the more recent games. I bought COD4 and Lost odyssey from them when they just came out so they were essentially new. I ended up paying around $45 for each, which is about $15 off. Now that it's been a year since I joined, I will get 10% off all games plus an additional $5 off every 3 months, so games will probably be around $40 for the new ones.
Trade in are a real rip-off even from gamefly. They are a little better than gamestop b...
Wow nice! Very informative article, thanks :) I have to say that I'm still a noob after using firefox for so long as well. Customization is always A plus in my book.
Guys get playboy for the good articles of course.
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz This is totally fanboy bait.
Obviously he's a "wageslave" of microsoft.
wth, I can't even input my live points into the system, not to mention download the maps... microsoft you are light years away from being able to implement digital downloads.
wow this is faster than beta 4, nicely done :)
nice, now I don't have to go to dictionary.com lol
hmmm, it wasn't that much improvement from the old battlefield. The main change was the destructible buildings. However, compared to COD4, the mechanics of this game is lacking. Knife is slow, grenade launcher doesn't kill, shotgun can one shot people from really far away, you can see enemy positions through walls (can't hide after being spotted), etc.
uhh...there's nothing generic about real time full party battle system where you can change from character to character and perform different combos.
Even the sony hater gamespot gave it a 10. End of story.
