At least steam did it. Steam is constantly improving for the consumer. PSN and LIVE just do what they want it seems.
Why can't steam just be amazing on it's own. Seriously what does steam get out of this? I'm sure sony paid them to put steam on ps3. Because steam is already much better.

Well the company resides in America. So essentially they would do it all in their own country. But I agree, Canada is basically the same as America, so I would see no problem in shipping the discs to you either.
Both the 360 AND ps3 are holding pc players back, just look at crysis 2, but you don't see me whining about it. Stop acting as if the 360 is miles behind the other consoles. Because all consoles are miles behind the best solution for gaming.
