I'm saying for people who haven't bought a Xbone/PS4. If these games mentioned in the article are what's worth playing than that is sad. Considering most of them can be bought on systems(360/PS3) we already own.
Most of the games mentioned you can get on last gen systems. So basically there isn't much worth a damn to own on the Xbone.

The only MS first party dev that got stuck making garage for the Kinect was Rare. I don't think they'll have a problem switching back to normal controller based games.
When do they reach the point of removing content from the game to sell as overpriced DLC? I guess it would be called "going greed".

People thought this was a myth? I remember Atari confirming this a long time ago in some magazine. The only thing that surprises me was other games were buried with E.T.
Keep it alive? Survival Horror has been dead for a long while now. I can't think of one game that was released last gen that is true survival horror. Hopefully TEW changes that.

The article writer grew up on Soul Calibur 2? Damn I feel old. I grew up on Street Fighter 2 & Mortal Kombat. I remember dumping quarters into both at the arcades.
It's hardly an ultimate edition if they keep adding characters after the game released. Are they going the Capcom route and release an ultra mega super edition down the road?
There is no justification for the Kinect. It effectively killed any & all momentum the Xbox 360 had when it was released. What a complete waste of time. It also killed my support for any future MS consoles.

Are you kidding me? Every time gamers talk about Aliens: CM they act like it was the worse game ever released. It's ridiculous.
People who rip on Aliens: Colonial Marines probably never even played the game. They're just sheep who follow what everyone else says about things. I am a huge Alien franchise fan and I enjoyed the game. Was it the best game I ever played? No. Was it as bad as everyone says. Not even close. There were bigger piles of crap released for full price before Aliens and I am sure there will be more after.

Agreed. The most hilarious part of the garbage article is that he considers Super Mario 2 a bad sequel only because he was a wuss and afraid of the game when he was younger. I played it when I was kid and loved it.
I'm currently playing the first game and like it but it's incredibly overrated by it's fans and some of the "professional reviewers". The difficulty is fine with some cheapness involved but nothing you can't figure out with some learning of the enemies. The real problem with the game is the lousy controls. That spikes the cheapness of some deaths even more. I can only hope for the people who are playing Dark Souls 2 that they fixed the crappy controls.
