I think you only need it in Single-player only games, not Multiplayer + Singleplayers games. If they did this, I have no doubt something will have to be sacrificed for the co-op feature to be implemented. Its just not worth it, Resistance 2 tryed to do it all and succesfully implemented it but the graphics suffered greatly, although graphics were better than Halo 3 mind you

And yet, GeOW2 is nowhere too be found. Hmmm well here in the UK people bought Gears but arent playing it now, they said the single player and horde was fun but the online sucks. It was considered a flop in quality in many peoples eyes. Another overhyped game from Microsoft.

Yes I know VGChartz is not a good source for hardware results, but if the PS3 does turn out to have a decrease in sales, I will say its because this time last year Blu-ray was pretty much set to win the format war so people were buying it. Even still great sales!

You guys will be surprised what the PS3 can do. Remember it hasnt even hit its full potential and when it does, there will be further optimization for games. I have no doubt GT6 will be on par or close to these pictures.
The Gap is getting smaller you guys, if you add up the european, USA, and Japan sales, PS3 outsold them in 08 and they also outsold 360 in 07. I have absolutely no idea how the 360 has 28 million sold and made the gap 8 million. They must have sold 3 million more than PS3 in 08 which wasnt the case. The gap at start of 08 was 5 million. Somewhere the numbers are being blown out of proportion.
Let Microsoft do what they want to take some heat from KZ2, all Sony has to do is give a nod to lower the price round KZ2 drops, and bye bye MS strategy! No doubt there will be a price cut round KZ2, Sony may be slow but there not dumb. You can quote me on this if you like but I know it will happen.
Happened to me. So this means in the game the checkpoints dont count if you save and quit the game at the checkpoint, because when you want to go back to where you left off, it says its corrupt so you have to start that Level from the START! It pissed me off because I wanted Zombies quickly, and the COD5 campaign was Meh! Glad I completed it, but it was a pain in the ass.

Anyone remember the game Rage? Although Blu-ray doesnt allow the game to look better, it allows storage for textures etc. If Microsoft doesnt take the royalties off them having a 3rd DVD, some of the textures in the game on the 360 will be bland in comparison to on the PS3. So although it doesnt allow games to look better, it allows storage for what the game needs to produce such textures etc.
Hopefully someone can better explain this than me.
I see a difference in lighting, but as far as textures go, they are both the same. Not many things happening on screen except for in the cutscenes, and it looks pretty linear. But none of us can say that this is not possible on the PS3.

The guy who posted before me is correct, I dont see enormous bosses. And the guy who said that Gears 2's enemys looking better than R2's, I am confused..... since when did enemy and huge ones at that, need to look pretty? If anything R2's monster is ten times ugly looking than those kind beasts.
To me it seems the only thing Gears has got going for it is Gears 1. Everything else is all R2, based on features and story length.
