In Australia they just give you a 90 day extension. Or they did when I got mine back anyway.
Plus I think it is more about the fact that you now may need to prove your Xbox is less that three years old.

pretty much sums it up for me. Not trying to be naive to the RROD which I think is a massive blight on the console. I just like the games.

I have only lost the one RROD. The turn around time was fine, but the timing was terrible. The day before I picked-up my pre-ordered GTA IV.

That MS is making a new Xbox 360 controller and that they spoke to Konami about how to design the d-pad best to work with PES. I think they also spoke to Capcom to make it work well with SF IV
Mario Kart is alright. But isn't it more of a case of the Wii not having that many decent games?
yeah it is more fun - but i cannot say I honestly get more points when stoned. Maybe on some games, but for the most part I am worse for sure.
SKATE rules I would also say Gears and Halo, I didn't play one second of either of those gamess straight and co-op all the way.

but none of the Tom CLancy games are FPS.
