Corey needed to go start a new franchise or just make a sequel to something that looks just like this game (most ps4 exclusives lately even down to your parental figure teaching you how to use a bow). God of War used to be unique to the platform, now it looks like 5 other games...

Gotta say I love a good 6-14 hour game. Get any longer than that it is probably in my unfinished pile. 40+ hour games would be great if you only played 2 a year...
People are mentioning building a PC instead of having an Xbox. One thing I am sick of is PC game makers not including couch coop on 3rd party games..... It is the same f'ing game on all platforms, why omit this and don't give me "well PC game players don't do coop" I have mine hooked up to my TV, it is pure laziness on their part. Disney Infinity, Star Wars Battlefront, Resident Evil Revelations 2 are just a few where they literally stripped the mode out for no reason...
GoW 3 was incredible. I don't think they could make a game as good as that so they changed direction.
GoW 3 was one of the most incredible games I have ever played. Ascension was a downer because it was a prequel and did nothing to move the series forward and nothing in it could top the massive highs of 3.

Yes I finished the original and it was excellent at the time. If they were making a new one I would be the first one on here excited as can be. This was a major downer I will never be playing.

I had a couple of websites ready to refresh waiting for Sony to do a drop during the conference. Then all of their games were delayed to next year and no drop. I ended up saying... Well I guess I am free to buy a Scorpio now. :)
I have an i7 running at 4.4 ghz. The problem is you need a $900+ PC to get 60fps 4k at ultra. A 1080 with a decent CPU probably can but that card alone is around $500.
I have a GTX 1070 and have been playing with 4k settings the past few days since the conference. If I max out everything a lot of games only get 45-50 fps so you can't have both with a lot of games on Scorpio since it is a little less powerful than that card. What Scorpio needs to do is make all their games 1440p 60 then they would look and play amazing, but that doesn't help marketing 4k... 4k... all we do is 4k...
If you are playing online co-op and you pick a 4 Terry Crews clone team the game instantly goes to credits because all of the gangs surrendered.
What ruined Ascension was it was a prequel which killed the momentum of the truly epic part 3 by not moving the story forward.
