To get positive bubbles make intelligent comments, people will rate your comments positively, and once enough add up your bubbles will increase ;).
I've never actually tried the first Racers. I played Shooter and it was excellent though, I will probably give this game a shot.
I don't think so. The Beta wasn't like that, they just did that to cap the level at 2 in the Demo.

I'm really hoping Battlefield 3 doesn't come out for consoles. As much as I like Bad Company 2 on consoles, I'm just praying Battlefield 3 will be a PC exclusive.
Doesn't look much better than Monster Hunter Tri for Wii, if better at all. That and a $15/month fee... Hope it improves.

Not at all, there are plenty of great games on PSN.
